Since 1986, I have assisted friends and family to obtain the right mortgage when purchasing a home, building a new home, or refinancing an existing mortgage to re-structure payments. Typically a person's home is their largest financial asset and the cornerstone of their financial goals. For this reason, it is important for me to get to know my clients and understand what is most important in there overall financial plan. By doing this, my clients become my friends and routinely refer me to others that they care about.
I have had the opportunity in my career to manage the largest production teams in the Midwest, helping loan officers that worked for me achieve personal and professional goals. Seeing someone that you care about achieving their goals has given me some of the greatest business satisfaction one could have. For more than 10 years I have also been a paid professional speaker and business coach. By utilizing strategies taught through the "Impressions Series", I help individuals and teams transform their business from transactional based to a referral based business.
